Friendly staff at Men section but then i went to home section and i was stalked by an old lady. Even after i told her i needed no help she wouldn t stop the remarks
I tried to get in and out with my mother and with no line and only 7 items it took literally over 30 minutes to get through the line and we had someone helping us who had "2 years" experience. If I was the manager I would fire her and everyone else who came over to help her check us out because this was outright rediculous. I'm actually still waiting for them to finish checking out as Im typing this, which is out right rediculous

I absolutely love this store. They always have really great deals. I go every week to see what new items I can find, as well as what great deals I can find. My only complaint is that I wish they had shopping carts! I always buy too much to carry for very long and get tired of carrying my items, therefore I head to checkout long before I am done shopping, just because I'm exhausted from carrying my items around! Thank you Dillard's Clearance!
Staff members weren't rude but they all seemed bored and were not as friendly or helpful as they could've been. There was a sale when I went and only 3-4 changing stalls open at a time, the line was really long and it was not worth waiting for 30+ minutes for only two 25% off items.
