Good service but. These guys told me after waiting an hr and a half it would cost 4hrs and 400 dollars for an alignment. Took it to tires plus on rock ,they told me about 2hrs they could check it out,about an hr an half later they called and said it was done. Print out in hand ,6month warranty and 80 dollars later its done. Tires plus !!!
Tracy's automotive is one of the few places I trust to not oversell or recommend unnecessary services. Staff is friendly and are happy to answer any questions I have - I never feel rushed, stupid, or like I'm inconveniencing them.
We used to take our cars here for repairs, until we noticed that the cars came back with new issues, such as loosened nuts on the oil pan, causing oil to spray out until a friend tightened them for us. Tracys offered to fix the issue for $800, but for some reason we didn't think that was reasonable. Each issue that occured after our car was worked over at Tracys would cost $800 to fix. Odd. When we heard that another friend with a fleet of cars was having the same trouble with Tracys, we never went there again. I would strongly caution people against using this company for car repairs.

I had a great experience with Tracy's. They were the only shop still open at 12:30 on a Saturday, and they got my car looked at even though they were busy. They worked with a warranty company as a middle man for me to help get my repair cost covered and fixed my problem. They also communicated with me via email and helped present my case to the warranty company with photos and job notes. Thanks Aaron and all the guys over there!
