I went in with a helmet visor issue for a helmet I purchased almost a year ago. I was greeted by Frank and told him the problem. I had low expectations, figured maybe the visor might be replaced. Was I ever surprised. The helmet I brought in was replaced with an upgraded, better model, completely free of charge!!! I was blown away. Frank was awesome and went out of his way to take care of me.
Great service. Greeted me at the door helped me select a helmet that fit properly and met my needs then held on to it while I looked around. He didnt forget me though, periodically he would stop by to see if I had any questions. No pressure and lots of help, definitely coming back.
