Dropped by just to see if they'd be able to fix a random problem by my verbal explanation. They took the time to stop and actually look at it right then and there, and didn't charge me for the looking/diagnosing. They were then honest with me and told me it was something too big for them to fix the whole/actual problem, and suggested waiting til later to save me money. They did fix one small broken knob part for free, "just for safety".
