Needed a tire patched. Service was great and speedy. Patch was inexpensive. Staff was pleasant and polite.
I received a call from the general manager. They take pride in the way customers are treated. I was very surprised to hear back, so I will go back and give them a chance to make things right. I was very impressed.
What shamrock did was criminal. I had an accident and had both lower control arms replaced. One was bent which they agreed after I had to show them how it was bent. For $165 they could get a new control arm, and wanted to charge for its instillation and realignment. Autozone sold me the part for $75. The bolts holding the arm on were extremely used. The arm would have not held very long. Shamrock wanted my front wheels to fall off. Too bad I have to give them one star.
Amazing deals on tires. Awesome employees. Actually honored their quote they gave me instead of charging double like discount tire does.
Overcharged and had to repair several things and all I need was tires.
