On my first visit I was extremely pleased with the professional and friendly level of service I received and decided at that point that they were my first choice when it came to auto repairs. I recently took a car that I was looking to buy to have an inspection done. I had just came from Bavarian Auto, looking at a used BMW, that gave me a lot of bad news on the car. I was hoping L&M, whom I trusted, would say the car was ok since I really liked the car. Unfortunately, they told me there were even more things wrong with it than what Bavarian discovered and said it was the worst BMW they had ever seen. Of course the car lot scoffed at both review and on and on. Anyway, they even came to jump me when the BMW wouldn't start. I can't say enough great things about the very clean, very helpful, and extremely friendly and Christian staff and the very well maintained and comfortable customer environment. I now have a different car I am looking back but will not buy it unless Levi tells me it's ok! ( Only one complaint.....GET SOME FLAVORS FOR THE COFFEE MAKER, LOL, CARMEL PLEASE!)
I live a considerable drive from L&M Auto Repair. So I try to plan my vehicle preventative maintenance, rolling repairs, alignments, tune-ups, air conditioning charges, and other important things that keep my 2005 F150 pick up running like a top with the help of L&M. I feel I get good value for my money compared to the big dealer shops and less professional run garages. These folks want to do a good job for you, take pride in what they do, and are serious in wanting you to be satisfied with their work. They are good people wanting to do exceptional service at fair prices. I have seen this business continue quality expansion in not only their updated beautiful facility but they have hired talented new team members to grow the L&M staff. These are good reasons why I drive the distance to L&M. I rate them exceptional in all areas.

We recently moved to the area and these guys came highly recommended by some friends. I had the oil changed in both of our cars and they did great! I had to reschedule one of the appointments because of a work meeting and they worked with my schedule. The price I was quoted was what I paid, down to the penny. The guy answering the phone was always polite and professional. And I was in and out in a suitable amount of time, which is wonderful for those with busy schedules. We will continue to come back to this place for any mechanical work we may need. Love the small town feel in a big city.
This is based on the work that L&M has done on my 3 trailers. Caleb, Levi, and Bryce are the guys you'll most likely talk to, they are polite, helpful, and extremely professional. They represent a company focused on providing great service at a reasonable price, in a timely manner. I know it sounds like a comercial but I've used this company on numerous occasions, and always been completely satisfied. They're desire to make sure you understand the problem and the work that was done , which is always top notch, is what I appreciate most.
