1hr for rotate and balance tires and another 40 minutes for an oil change. I don't care if I purchased the rotate and balance plan. This is the last time I use these guys. I was told there is no physical way to do the oil change in less than 40 minutes to 1 hour. I would understand if I walked in but I had an appointment.
Always courteous and professional. Been taking my last two trucks here for both maintenance and repairs. Always been happy with their work. Never have any complaints.
I should have asked how much it would be first, so it's partly my fault... however, I just wanted a diagnostic and a quote for what I had already assumed was a lost cause. 4-5 other places told me a diagnostic is $50, so I assumed the same here. I was wrong. It was $100 for the diagnosis and $30 for some oil they put in to see if it would help (without letting me know before... I would have said don't bother) but they knew the engine was shot anyway, so it seems they were just bumping the price. Basically, I expected to pay $50, they had my car for an hour and charged $135 ish. Frustrating.
Im very happy with the work i have had done at Firestone. Kyle was very helpful and great to deal with. I highly recommend them.
I don't understand all the negative reviews here. All I got is top notch service and amazing customer service! This is my 5th 4 tire set and every time I was pleasantly satisfied with all. Today, I was helped by Nicholas and he over exceeded my expectations! Replaced all 4 tires and switched pressure sensor with less than an hour!
