What a great store. I had bought a set of tires a while back and didn't have a receipt. They allowed me to exchange them for some handle bar tape, tubes and even assembled me a pair of brake pads. Plus put some cash back in my pocket. That's customer service at its best in my opinion.
Needed parts... driving around the country you don't know what you're getting into but anyone that's driving through Wichita this is the best place to go nice people very informative and in fact I think I'm going to buy my next bike here that's how impressed I was five stars
