Knowlegeable, devoted, passionate staff who really seem to enjoy what they do. Product selection isn't the biggest but they easily compensate with very prompt services and accurate/honest information. They also appear more interested in simply chatting with customers about bikes and stuff than other shops. If you request them to do research about a product, they will spend hours and hours to find the answer for you even if you could do it yourself. 5/5 stars.

Awsome service and they sell some cheap saddles used(I got one for $15). Also the lady working there showed us which seats would fit and helped to the best of our ability. Also the tall guy there with glasses helped me learn how to adjust hieght and how to install my bike seats.
