Excellent service and knowledge of product by owner/salesman. Had lots of bikes to choose from and many accessories to set bike up as needed. Very friendly honest people to deal with. Great fair pricing and service after the sale. They made an expensive bike buying purchase that much more comforting.
I've brought in 10 or so bikes, between my 4 and friend's bikes. Everyone's always thrilled with the "like new" feeling after any service. I've had restoration work done on a 30 year old road bike, repair of my newer road bike after an accident, as well as various incidental repairs. Always been entirely thrilled, and find the prices to be more than fair, and better than anywhere in town. I'm a customer for life.
I recently visited this store. The appearance was very professional, organized and clean. I am happy to say the staff was also friendly. I plan to be back and refer my friends, family, and co-workers!
L & M replaced two broken spokes on my old FREE SPIRIT bike yesterday, and did an excellent job of trueing my rear wheel. It is better now than it was before the spokes broke. I am 100% satisfied with their work on this repair.
