My other complaint is that two of the three bagels were made with eggs that had been sitting for a while. He cooked six more eggs, but only used one for the last sandwich.
If this was my only Panera experience, I'd never go back.
Really great blueberry muffins and scone. Got a cinnamon crunch bagel to go. This normally exceptional treat and my opinion of Panera quality was ruined by the onion flakes it picked up in the slicer. This is not the first time this has happened. CLEAN THE SLICER after each use.
Love Papers. This location is great they could work on food portions as the sandwiches are relatively small for the price. The yogurt parfait is really overpriced. Overall it's a good place to grab a bagel or lunch.
Messed up 50% of our order. Ordered a souffle and received a sandwich, ordered a pumpkin coffee with no whipped cream or drizzle and it was covered in both.
I requested toasted bahels. When I asked the young man preparing my order about it, before he starting making them, he grunted that, "They all come that way." He then started adding ingredients without roaring the bagels, so I asked if they roast the whole sandwich. He ignored me. Another employee came by, asked if u had a question, and explained their process to me. They don't toast bagels, they press sandwiches.
You also have to toast your own begal...wow.
Consistently good food and service in s relaxing atmosphere.
