Very accomodating. Placed a late order for next day and they were willing to make it for me. The cake was AMAZING. Great customer service. A little pricey but the cake is that good. Now the icing.... i love icing as much as anyone but it was EXTREMELY heavy. I ordered from here because some friends recommended me to and did not know this is how they did it. But again, very happy with the cake flavor. I will be ordering again! Light icing next time! Thank You J.Rae's!!
This place is so unorganized!! Placed an order over a day ago, call to make sure it's ready for pick up, and they proceed to tell me that they lost my order. It was supposed to be picked up today. Might I add I pre paid for the cookie cake. Not impressed, and won't return.
This place is terrific. Everything is amazing. My favorite are their sugar cookies but there red velvet and chocolate cake balls are pretty yummy, too.
1) Cupcakes are usually not fresh. They always seem kinda hard and dry. Definitely not baked the same day. 2) Their sugar cookies are good. 3) Stingy on the royalty punches. I'll buy 4 cupcakes, but they'll only give 1 punch on the royalty card. Most places will give you 1 punch per cupcake you buy.
The staff is always friendly and helpful.
I have ordered cookies for engagement party, baby shower, and business client gifts. I highly recommend J.Rae's. Plus they are locally owned!
My favorite are the top shelf cookies-chocolate chip and m&m are the best!
