This company is the Worst and those people work there are the least to be trusted! I had a very bad experiences with them! In Sep2016 I signed a contract for a house rental in Woodlawn and 21st and I paid the deposit 2 weeks in advance. However the house was in a very bad Condition, not cleaned & not ready to move in. Right before I give deposit I asked them to clean it since I have to sign a contract that require me to give it back cleaned and professionally carpet clean professional company, Jason Gilstrap initial on the contract that he would have the house cleaned before the day of moving In. I trusted him & gave the deposit and on the day of giving me the keys The house was still in its bad condition not cleaned! I asked to get my deposit back, I wasn’t going to move into that house without it being cleaned. They refused to give me back my deposit And said that they forgot to clean the house. they said they can offer me another house $300 more expensive, far in the south away from the location I wanted but I had no choice but to except otherwise I’m going to lose my deposit. I moved into that house and regretted dealing with them. on the day of moving out of their property I have completed everything they asked for with them the contract so I can get my deposit back which is $800 , I provided evidence andreceipts that I hired a company to clean the carpet, I also made sure that I give it back way cleaner than how I took it. The carpet was not professionally clean when I moved I am but yet they required me to clean it professionally when I moved out. Few weeks later I received a check of $100 as the return of my deposit they have charged me $300 for carpet cleaning and they charge me $250 for cleaning the house, Not to mention the $100 for Bulbs and blinds, also a $50 for processing fees which I have already paid it when I moved in. This company is a scam and no one should ever trust them. They are the worst!!!!
Absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I barely even established a contract with this company before firing them. Communication was horrendous. Maybe 1 out of every 5 times I called was someone ever available to take my call. And even after leaving a message, it was 2-3 days before I received a call back. My property sat vacant for a month, meanwhile, I got impatient and listed it myself on a Friday and had almost 8 calls by Sunday. They put absolutely no effort into managing my place. I took my keys back 5 wks after hiring them. My assessment is that this place is overwhelmed with properties and can no longer effectively manage but is too prideful to turn down the business. Never again.
We have rented from Premier Property Management for the past few years and have had nothing but a really good experience. We specifically sought out a management company to rent from versus an individual, and have not been disappointed. The staff is extremely friendly, and any issues that have come up have been taken care of immediately by this management company. I highly recommend this company to rent from. They do truly care about keeping their tenants happy.
horrible company.... they do not respond to maintenance requests promptly and you can never get a hold of anyone for help. don't even try calling Jason because he never answers and does not return calls even after leaving several voicemails
I have had a long relationship with PPM, and I was extremely happy with partnering with them on a rental property that I owned in Wichita. I do not live locally, so I had to trust the PPM staff with handling all aspects of property management on my behalf. The online service request portal is convenient, all large repairs were brought to my attention first, and rent checks were deposited on time. I recently sold the rental property and also engaged PPM for help with the sale and dealing with the existing tenant and lease. The transaction was flawless. From armchair investors, to local property owners, I cant recommend these guys enough and I hope to do business with them again in the future.
