This company is the worst ever. I booked a cruise with Doug Foster Travel along with 2 other families. He promised us in writing on his letter head that we would be getting, the beverage package for everyone in the cabin, $400 in on board credits and other gifts. None of the cabins (3 in total) received anything he told us we would be getting. After the cruise line paid him he never returned our calls or emails. The cruise line (NCL) tried to contact him to tell him to honor what he was offering but he never responded to them either. I recommended him to a friend who booked a different cruise with him and he promised them $300 in on board credits and of course they never got them. Doug Foster is the biggest scammer in the Travel business. Stay as far away from Doug Foster as you can or you will be writing a review like this.
