My daughter lives in a trailer here. The place is clean and well-meant signed. They have periodic inspections to keep you and your neighbors from getting trashy. It also serves as a way to keep up on maintaining the properties both inside and out. They are pretty stringent with yard upkeep.

Have friends who have lived there for some years. Seems to be a well ran middle tier mobile home park.
Nice and quiet most of the time. Troubles with theft though.
This place takes weeks to fix a tub. They don't care about nothing. The maintenance crew is more worried about the ladies in the office it's the worst place I lived at.
