The place I lived in was in horrible shape the a/c and heater didn't work worth a crap and the owner wouldn't hire someone to fix it correctly. The lot manager is a sweet older lady that will be willing to go the extra mile for you. We broke our lease and owner took us to court, if you live here document everything take pictures and get outside people to be witnesses we won our case against him.
i lived here for two years not because i wanted to but because i couldnt find anything eles. it was awful. the landload would not fix anything right and would sent a non certified guy over to fix the air conditioner. each time he was there it as 10 minute and it should work now no it was not the front bedroom and the first bathroom and the small bedroom stayed hot as hell all the time. there was not cool air at all in the vents maint said put tin foil n your windows and blankets up to keep the sun out. the living room was semi cool the kitchten didnt cool and if you cooked it was hotter in there the back bedroom also was hot as hell and the back bathroom if you shut the door it was cool for one month my electric bill was over 500.00 dollars the carpet had know padding you walked on board and carpet laid down over it. mice out the ass and in the summer you had ants like crazy. if you wanted anything done about it they the landload wanted you to take are of it. you provided the filters for the heater you provide the light bulbs. if you had bugs or ants that also was on you . and if you didnt have a mower or a weed eater they would let you borrow one for 10.00 dollars and weed eater for 5.00 dollars if you got mice well they did furnish them. but everthing eles was on you. when maintenance would come over it was always half ass work. who put staples in the corners of your tiles to hold them down i had a door to a bedroom break he came over and stapled it together, my shower was leaking now who cuts the wall and screws in a throwaway ash tray and puts up a plactic hole thing up that each time you shower it falls out. we had a bad storm and the wind slammed my front door and broke it called many times to have my front door fixed that never got fixed so if you need a place to live i would think twice before i rented in cottonwood grove. because i have never rents a place like that where you finshed everything if you rented the landload paid for it. they are all about the money. that it. and if you do rent there call the electic co and ask what was the highest bill and gas also. so go eles where to rent. and for heaven sakes do not rent trailer 57 of 58 they are the two that will cost you as a renter out the ass in electric and gas bills

The owner the landlord doesn't want to fix nothing right he hires a maintenance man that has no clue and is not certified in heating and air conditioning I gave them a list of things that I need fixed two things on that list are the only things that's been fixed my title is coming up off the floor and he Staples the corners if one of my grandsons trips over that and gashes their foot and needs medical attention or has to have stitches I'm not happy location for Haysville schools is good other than that it's crap we no longer have a manager everything is handled over the internet or you have to take your check or money order to their Bank because the landlord lives in Colorado you want anything fixed you have to get on a portal on the internet and type your own work order which is b******* I have never in my life been in this situation my neighbor and I are treated like crap their air conditioner freezes up and needs Freon every other day so living in Cottonwood Grove I wouldn't move here they don't want to fix their trailers that they rent out and people are moving out because of it
