Now to the 1 star. They'll have you look at a home, not the one available of course. They'll give you prices for rent and take down your information. They will the pass you off to some marketer who will contact you, increase the prices by 100 a month and their deposits are same as inflated rental prices. If a potential rental property is dishonest during inquiries what makes them think they'll be choose or trusted for rental? It's not okay to waste people's time.

The mobile homes have a decent appearance and the grounds are kept nice. Gated community.
Great community ! The new management has really cleaned this place up. Shannan & Sandy are great to work with , very nice & professional. They have a variety of homes for lease . It's gated with security cameras also.
My advise to anyone who is considering this community, low ball your current rental rates and low ball what you're willing to pay. Instead if legitimately pricing units they'll price them to max what they think they can get out of you. Find out what other tenants are paying and then price your expectations of rent or max you can afford.
Only been here 2 months and do not recommend it to anyone! We can't wait till our lease is up to move. The manager Shannon is not a good manager and they need more maitnence men and better cleaning people! This community is full of cats and mice!! Check the home really good people before you give them your money!!!
Is ok but had a really bad leaking roof and took a year to fix it. The roof literally fell in the house. Floors are water damaged and shower not fixed. Still have trash bags blocking the 7 to 8 or 9 foot hole in ceiling in one of the bedrooms where the ceiling fell in a year ago. Still have a leak in smaller bathroom. As well as front yard is one big mud puddle when it rains. Perfect for mosquitoes breeding ground. Have never cleaned central air unit or furnace. Thank goodness I know to look and am able to clean these units. The lady that rents this trailer is 80 years old and they recently raised the rent even though the repairs have not been made. I am also afraid for her health for what looks like black mold in bathroom.
