When my insurance company would not pay for a replacement of my wood shake roof after the multiple hail storms in the spring of 2016, Graham Hobson was the only roofing contractor that offered to go to bat for me with the insurance company. Over the course of several weeks he wrote a letter to the insurance company about why the roof needed to be replaced, met with a second adjuster to have the roof reinspected, and spoke with the insurance company on the phone multiple times to plead our case. Graham ultimately came through and the insurance company paid to have my roof replaced. Now I have a presidential class 4 IR roof. One of the best on the market. Graham's company was just as impressive with the installation. The entire install was done in one day! The house was well perfected during construction. Graham even texted me pictures of the construction process throughout the day. Very cool. At the end they cleaned up so well you couldn't even tell they were there.
