The crew did a great job. Delivered as promised at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend these guys and will use them for any issues we have in the future. They re-did our roof in 2010

Had a rental with a destroyed roof. Did everything over the phone/messaging, paid electronically. Had a new roof in less than a week after giving the go-ahead.
On the roof I thought the cleanup was sloppy and I saw a couple of nails that were to low. They did fix the rotten decking in to two places I knew had issues. And overall the roof looks fine.
The gutter crew was easy to work with the night I was around, and the work seemed fine.
Very professional, roof was stripped and re-shingled in about 6 hours. Excellent work
Heiland seems to subcontract out the gutters so you have to work with the sales guy, which after the sale is made he just did not seem to care that much (I had Jonathan). Mike of Heiland seems nice, but he only cares about getting the root done and tells you to talk to the sales guy for anything else. No one followed up with me about if the job was done well or any issue I might have. I would think twice about using them again just from a custom service point of view.
Heiland seems to do OK work and I think they are honest, but they are hard to work with and slow. I should of known they were going to be hard to work with when I had to call back a second time just to get a quote. They gave me no timeline when the work would be done and on the roof they called the night before they planned to be there, which I thought was very little notice. I called them about when the gutters were to be install and they said about 3 week after the roof. 5 weeks later still no gutters and I called and am told any day now and I ask if the gutter people would call be before they started. A week later I come home and find them there and I had no call before they started. A couple of days after they are done the sales guy call asking if I had sent them the check yet. I told him we mailed the check. He calls back 10 min later saying the office does not have it and I am like yes it is in the mail. I was a little mad he did not ask if I was happy or anything just wanted the money after it took them 3 month to get the work done.
Many roofers jerk you around demanding to see the insurance scope of work and try to get sneaky and charge as much as possible. These guys shoot straight and don't harass you for the job.
