I have always loved the pizza, and the customer service has always been great. Today however I have a complaint. I tried to order on line and got the impression I had to use a card for payment, so I called the store and they said that was not correct but that they do not receive the online orders for 40 minutes or so. I have had a really crazy day at work and just want to get some dinner and get home to my family. I asked if I just placed the ode over the phone would I still be able to get the online discount and was told no. So because I don't want to wait almost an hour to get my order I have to pay full price? ?? That's some bs. Not at all happy right now.
Hadn't ever had their take and bake pizza before (to my knowledge) was very impressed, nice crust, lots of toppings, just the right amount of sauce and good price. We'll be back.
Nice spin on the usual pizza place take and bake in my opinion is the way to go plus you can add your own home ingredients
