The menu is simple and easy to understand.
Unfortunately I had a bad experience at this one after having gone to try east side location. First, they gave me a smaller size drink and fries than what I ordered. The Cajun fries were absolutely coated in seasoning and were pretty inedible they were so hot. My colleague had the veggie sandwich that was falling apart from the start. Too expensive for these issues and lack of standards between locations
The staff were friendly, upbeat and hardworking.
I find the burgers delicious anyhow, but the personality and feel of the overal visit really topped it off. They were busy of course, and that didn't stop the young lady behind the counter from keeping her team highly motivated moving and on top of every customer that passed through the door. I don't think in my entire visit one customer waited in more than 60 seconds.
The prices were a bit higher than I expected but the portions are large as well.
I just went to this location for the first time and I loved it, the food was excellent! It was super clean and they took little to no time to prepare the food.
The store was well lit and clean.

The burger was very tasty and had a good portion of all of the toppings that I requested, including the bacon!!
The fries were tasty but a bit undercooked. I prefer mine to be a bit crispy.
Every visit I've made to this location the staff is ALWAYS upbeat, fast and friendly. My husband LOVES Five Guys, personally I can take it or leave it. I prefer french fries with crisp to them, theirs are limp. The burgers are messy, buns usually seem to fall apart from being soppy.
