Everything was cold. Nothing tasted good, very disappointed. But very nice emplyees.
When you first came out with Walnut Shrimp, l loved it, but more recently, the service and food has been awful, the last bowl was over filled with rice and only 3 shrimp, no walnuts at all, the shrimp was too chewy, and rice seemed old. So disappointed, especially since you charge extra for the shrimp. The order taker messed up our order. This was 7:30 p.m., you weren't busy, and didn't close till 10:00 p.m. Due to this, l will no longer be a customer! Do not recommend! Really disappointed as l used to love this place!
Always have their drive thru and "Open" sign lit up all night but they aren't open! Don't know why...
Every staff member was kind and extremely helpful! They offered me.to test anything, very assertive when i was ordering a very large order. Even when checking out and getting drinks they asked how they could help. This was the best fast food experience I have had in a very long time!!! Make sure to treat those employees well they represent the brand very well!!! Oh the food was good too:)
