Good food, and the waiter always refilled drinks and breadsticks before we needed them. Very attentive and fun atmosphere. Wish I had asked his name, probably best service I have had.
I have been going to Olive Garden restaurant for years. I took my best friend there yesterday for her birthday. I have seen the restaurant and the service decline in the past few years. The prices keep going up the portions keep getting smaller, the service isn't quite what it used to be. Yesterday I was served stale bread sticks. I'm not one that likes to complain at all, but, I kindly asked the waitress for some fresh bread sticks. The waitress took the breadsticks and microwaved them and brought them back to our table. They were warm but they were still hard and you had to pull them apart with your teeth. Do people not think you're intelligent enough to not know the difference? I don't understand why people would think you would go and pay for service like this. I am very disappointed in Olive Garden.
