This company is a total scam. I worked for a company that had clc and they got rid of it because they said they were being overcharged. We just thought our company was being cheap so I got my own clc card. I looked a hotel up on their app, went to the hotel, asked the desk guy about the rates, everything sounded great. After tax it was gonna be $56.50. Then clc billed my credit card $80.15. I called to straighten this out and they told me that was the rate for a company that books thousands of rooms a night. I asked if they could help me out and they said no because it was a successful transaction. I’ve never thought of losing a customer as a successful transaction. I had two customer service ladies hang up on me before the third guy finally cancelled my account but he was still very rude and unhelpful. Worst business decision I’ve ever made. I understand if that’s your policy but at least tell people that up front. This is nothing short of fraud. Don’t do business with these criminals.
I discovered CLC about 2 years ago and have used their services for our traveling employees with our company. This program has been very beneficial to us, as it allows our employees to find decent hotels at a discounted price. It allows our employees the opportunity to make their reservations and payment without inconveniencing other people (with credit card authorizations, incidental charges, communication issues with the front desk). Not only is it easier for our field employees who are away from their home, but it is very easy to navigate the website and make any changes as needed. CLC provides regular reports and receipts which make it very easy to track our various cost centers. The CLC staff (specifically our sales rep, Missy) have been extremely helpful and continue to go our of their way to help us whenever we have a question. I would definitely recommend Corporate Lodging to anybody who has traveling employees.
Customer service agents are rude. They overcharging you for two nites to make sure you have the cost of the hotel. When you contact them brandy a supervisor gets all nasty and unprofessional. Who doesnt care about overcharges on credit cards?. Hotels usually have a different rates than whats posted also. Numerous negative post have been deleted about the company to boost ratings. This company is a no go
I was surprised how quick it was to use CLC app and schedule a motel. I was really shocked when I arrived at the motel and how, guick and easy it was to get a room . I was only at the counter for less than five minutes. Using CLC is very reliable and dependable. CLC saved me a lot of time and headaches. I will tell a lot of people about CLC, Thank you C"C
Since my company signed up to use CLC, we have saved over $8000 in a years time! Customer service is outstanding, and it is so easy to manage the employees with the online access. Now that they have added making reservations online or through the App it is so much easier to book a room. I would highly recommend this service to companies that travel a lot and or use hotels for traveling crews.
