I wanted to give them a good review to show my sincere appreciation. I called after breaking down on the way to take my daughter to school last month. I was frantic because she needed to get to school and I needed to get to work and now my car sputtered out and I had no idea what to do. The woman who answered at Happy Hooker Towing suggested that the tow truck driver could get us to our destinations as well as getting my car safely to the mechanic! He showed up 15 minutes later with a smile on his face and was more than happy to take my daughter to school before taking me to work and dropping my car off at the mechanics. He did this at no extra cost, too!!! They made a stressful situation SO much less stressful and I am very much appreciative of that! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone finding themselves needing a tow!

Scheduled an appointment, called them after the missed time, and I could hear them in the background of the phone call talking about how no one was sent, and then the girl on the phone comes back on and tells me a truck is on the way, lies as I just heard you guys talking in the background because they forgot to put me on hold. And he still has failed to show up this morning. Very unprofessional.
