My go to for liquors and wine in town. Great selection of imported wine, and a good selection of craft beers. Service is great, with knowledgeable reps. Decent specials, and tasting every now and then.

Hahaha I like that is is "The Second." The "first" location is bigger and better, but you get the same quality control, so Jacob's is always a safe bet and always worth the price.
Decent beer selection, propably run of the mill beer selection for Wichita, but for a out Towner I had some options. I was disappointed that I could not find any sours and at least one of their IPA was out of code.
