Saying that the customer service here is horrible, is a bit of an understatement. I recently visited this store to purchase wine for a small event I had planned, and an employee by the name of Brett(stated on my receipt) had rang me up. I did not feel like a customer at all. In fact it seemed as if I was more of an annoyance than anything. I really appreciate the owner's way of making his customers feel welcomed, but I do know that the employees here not only need to work on making customers feel welcomed (which includes mentioning sale/promo items), but also work on loving/appreciating their own jobs. Times are tough. The economy still hasn't fully recovered from the 2008 crisis, which means that there are people out there that are struggling to find employment. So to the employees here: Please be appreciative of your job, and let that show in the work that you do. This is how word of mouth spreads and how businesses flourish.

None of the people that work here have people skills. The owner is something else, I have never met anyone incapable of making small talk and his employees are just as bad. I was once told to "hurry up" because I had only bought a tall beer and was looking for a shot of something...... Apparently I don't spend enough for the non a&&$@%+ treatment. I will drive way out of my way to go ANYWHERE else!
