I scheduled a well-woman exam with Associates in Women's Health. I was charged for a regular exam, and my insurance was not billed for a well-women exam because I asked questions about my gynecological health during the visit. The nurse even acknowledged that I was there for a well-woman exam, but Dr. Hild decided to bill me for asking questions about my health. Make sure you aren't too curious about your health when you go! ;)

If I could give no stars, I would. Booked an appointment a month and a half ago. The day of my appointment, I called to confirm because I never received any. They put my info in the system without putting the actual appointment in. I'm beyond frustrated because I waited so long and arranged for the end of the day off of work. Will not try again!
I was a patient at East Wichita and had an awful experience. Doctor was ok, did a good job but it s very difficult to handle the staff. Receptionists and back office staff were very rude. They behaved in an unprofessional way. They constantly teased the patients, laughed of them behind their backs and commented on them. Nurses were not compassionate, they were cold, incompetent, misinformed me instead informed me. Nobody was accountable for nothing, there was absolutely no leadership or supervision, everybody did whatever they wanted to. I can t unfortunately praise no one. Absolutely won t recommend, harassing patients shouldn t be part of their policy.
