I had been in to buy two exterior doors for my home. The lady working in the customer service department was extremely helpful and went above and beyond what I expected. Awesome customer service.
Terrible customer service. Last time I was in this store ( a couple of weeks ago ) I bought a $400 chainsaw and had a terrible time getting the prices on them on the shelf and had to search for help. Today I go in there and i an older employee where lawn and garden was and he mumbled what is number it was them ambled on. No help. When I complained to the checkout girl about the help I got, she rolled her eyes at the young employee standing there drinking his soda pop. I will drive a short distance up the road to Lowe's next time. This store doesn't want my business.
Friendly staff, very helpful. They don't have as much stuff as the big box stores but it always seems like they have what we need.
