Love the selection of tools and prices can't be beat. Their customer service however needs major improvement. The store is poorly managed.
Friendly,the manager greeted us as we walked it! Cashier super nice! Reasonable prices on items throughout the store!
Felt it was extremely rude of teller to pick up phone and talk on telephone rather then collecting the cash money in front of her.
The tools range in quality from cheap to pretty decent. Their house brand Pittsburgh, is solid. They need to streamline the checkout process. It takes forever just to get through the line, and this place is always busy. Friendly and helpful staff... more than likely you will need their help locating whatever you are looking for.
I Personally have had very good experience here. Prices are very affordable if your needing something in a hurry. Quality of product is what you pay for. And availability has been there when ever I went. This place stays very busy and there is ample parking. I would recommend this company for your tool needs of you are in a hurry or on a budget.
