Internet check in makes it difficult to evaluate how long the wait is going to be before you get service.
I went in for my first haircut in... 8 years. It was a donation, but I still wanted a great cut. That's what I got. Despite not scheduling online, I was warmly greeted and assisted immediately. Tanaia was super nice and really helped me figure out what hair style to go with and even a styling product that I really like. Quite simply, she rocks! Digging the new 'do. Thank you.
Today was okay. Had a new Lady washing my hair. (It was rough) and when she blew dried my hair she hit me twice with the blow dryer, didn't say anything (not even a sorry).

Gentry did an AMAZING job on my hair and she actually listened to what I wanted. I am extremely picky about my hair and often go long periods of time without a cut for the simple fact of not knowing where to go or being scared its going to look like a hot mess afterwards. I actually think I finally found someone who I can trust to cut my hair more than once! I was extremely impressed with a zero minute wait time, clean facility (seriously, I didnt see any hair on the floor-I even checked the top of the baseboards), and the overall friendliness of the staff. I will be coming back, and I will totally be requesting her again! Thanks for such a positive experience Gentry! :)
I guess I will try again but not having much luck there find someone who can give you a good shampoo.
