I came to this location before and recieved great services, however today was not so great. I actually felt discriminated. There were two ladies in the shop and one of them just finish two of the clients. Im thinking great I came just in time, no Just as soon as the previous clients left I was told 10 min before they could get to me??? 10 min?? There was no one in the store but me. At first I waited only to see the workers disapper to the back and the other one picked up her cell and started making from what I see personal phone calls.. At this point I quietly got up and said thank you and left. They didnt appear to care that I was leaving, she looked at me and said okay. I know I wont be going back there nor will I suggest others to go there either. It was not busy and there were two workers who could have assisted me. Needless to say the worst experience ever.
Love this salon. First time I had been there. They are so friendly and welcoming. I have tested out a few other nail salons in town and my nails were crooked, uneven and rushed. Nikki took her time and did exactly what I wanted! I can be picky and like my nails to be perfect and that's exactly what she did! Made my nails perfect!! Thank you!
First time I've been here and will DEFINITELY be back!! Annie is wonderful!! I love how she takes her time and makes sure your nails are beautiful and just the way you want them, not like some places that rush through just to get as many people as they can. The place is clean and pretty. Can't wait to take my daughter!!
