All staff was professional and courteous. It's always a pleasure when my wife, kids, and/or myself visits.
Before setting foot at the clinic. I called them to make sure our insurance is accepted and would pay for cleaning and everything came back good. We had our teeth cleaned and 4 months later a bill came back for $435 for the 4 of us. Tryimg to call them today to see whats going on. But it will be a waste of time and money on my part trying to solve something that I shouldn't because I have done my part properly before seeing them. Hope you will find this review helpful so you won't have to waste your time and money at this clinic.
If I could give a negative zero I would. I wait four months to get a dentist appointment then they call me the day before my appointment and tell my my insurance has not gone through and that my other insurance has to be proceed and it takes 48 hours resulting in me having to wait another month to get in. I booked my appointment four months ago there is no reason why they couldn't of ran my insurance a long time ago to inform me now I'm left in pain still off to look for another dentist. I would NOT recommend this place what so ever. The staff is rude and need to be better what their job. They're just as over priced as any place too so you might as well go to somewhere better who actually care about your well-being.
Doing a lot of good work for the community. Donate services to schools to keep children's dental hygiene up.
For this to be part of the UMC i was totally disappointed in the service we received or the lack there of. Staff was very RUDE!!!! Was never told on phone that this would be just a checkup and the problem we came for would not be addressed or fixed. It was just a scam to milk Kancare will NEVER be back!!!!!
