Dr. Amber Royal was lovely as well as Dr. Stephenson! Both did a great job with my 10mo old. We will be returning!
It’s not awful. They get what needs to be done, done. The receptionist, multiple people keep in mind, didn’t know what they were doing. I feel like my paper work with personal info probably just sat out in the open for awhile. Anytime I asked one person a simple question they’d have to ask someone else. Other than that it was a decent trip. They also should’ve gone over fees better but they didn’t mention it, I had to ask. The dentist and assistants were nice and overall cared about how I was feeling.
The staff at Adventure Dental and Vision is amazing and the office is wonderfully decorated. My daughter loved the game systems in the waiting area the TVs above the chairs. Amber and Dr. Amber were wonderful at putting my daughter at ease, praising her for her good teeth and encouraging her to ask questions. They took the time to answer even the simplest of questions and provide detailed explanations. I am a forever customer after only one visit. Highly recommended!!!
My son has a chromosome abnormality that causes developmental delays and autism. He’s not an easy kid to handle when someone is trying to look in his mouth or his eyes. The staff at Adventure when above and beyond for us. I can say enough about how wonderful they all are. I will recommend them to everyone.
The staff were wonderful, as I brought my 5 children (10 and under) in all at the same time by myself. Since we were new patients, I had paperwork to fill out for everyone. The staff was immeasurably patient while I did all that while also trying to keep an eye on everyone, which was impossible because they were being taken into different rooms for x-rays and cleaning and exams. The staff were professional and expert and kind in caring for the children. I appreciated everything they did! My experience personally felt chaotic and stressful, but not because of anything the staff did wrong. They eased it as much as possible I think!
