Don't waste your time going you can do more with a garden hose with no soap. Not even worth one star will never go again!
Horrible, awful, and absolutely disgusting. Best 3 words to describe this car wash. I normally don't leave reviews on places like a car wash but I find this instance necessary. I paid $10 for an automatic wash. Subpar at best. Then I'm going through the dryers and something SLAMS on the top of my roof. Turns out the dryers are so old and rusted they are falling apart and a rusted out part came shooting out onto my car. Called the number and actually talked to someone. He notified me that I would NOT be getting a refund and his tone was basically that he did not care AT ALL. I probably woke him up. Never ever ever going back here. I took photos. How hard can upkeep be on a car wash? This place is filthy as well. This is only my first stop on my list of bad reviews I will be leaving.
clean everything worked and it uses credit cards which you can boost for more quarters when you're out of time
Worst car wash I've seen in Wichita. Tried 3 vacuums . First one ate my money and never came on. Second one u couldn't even put change into is was so jammed up. Number three nozzle wouldn't stay on the hose to vacuum. Even saw a woman whose car was covered in soap have to leave to another stall because the water shut off. Ridiculous. Go somewhere else..
This company takes customer service to a new low. I did the manual wash and no soap came out on either the high pressure wash or the presoak. I tried twice to call the service number at the car wash and never got a return call. I tried to call the office number numerous times and no one ever answers. My next communication will be with the Better Business Bureau.
