Went this morning and very fast service! The staff was very nice and did a great job on my car. Pricing was fair and I will definitely be back!
The customer service and detailing were both absolutely fantastic! The owner and all the other employees treated me with respect. I was beyond ecstatic with how great my car looked and was also surprised how quickly they got it done! I will only go to this business from now on and will send others to them as well! Very disappointing experience-- we were quoted 150.00 for a detail wash and wax-inside and out or so we thought....when we picked it up there was white flakes of wax all over it-- when i ask about it he said you just need to it wipe it off! Are you kidding me??? We pay 150.00 and we need to wipe it down??? Also the chrome was all water spotted!! Then we get in it and they did not even vacuum it??what kind of a detail shop is this??? Needless to say we will NOT be using this place again and definitely do not recommend it!!!
There were a few issues. I had my husband's worth truck detailed for him. I was misquoted and there were a few spots I think could have been cleaner, but Gary did everything in his power to insure i was happy. Everything from me bringing the car back and fixing the things I noticed to a partial refund. Gary is a kind great business person.
These guys are wonderful. I just bought my car and found them online. They had 5 stars and they truly backed that review up with the attention they took to detail. My car looks brand new and it's a 2008 pontiac grand prix. It smelled delicious and lemony inside and looked gorgeous inside and out. I did a happy dance and hugged them....I was a bit excited...lol! Thank you so much, you guys are fantastic and so nice.
