While I was drying my truck after using the full service machine for the first time I noticed light round scratches all over, I spoke with the attendant and showed him the scratches he responded that it’s always been there. I drive a 2017 model and I always wash and dry by hand and never noticed any scratches. I will not go back.
The automatic wash put swirling on my black corvette. I don’t recommend it, use the hand bays instead
