Awesome dealership bought a car here and got treated very well. The associate really made me feel comfortable and informed not to mention the price I paid was great. I can definitely say by shopping around they have the best prices and customer care.
Overall, we are very satisfied with the purchase and I appreciate we never felt pressured to buy the car and Luis was very willing to address our concerns and make sure we were happy customers.
Let me begin by saying that I have been highly skeptical on small dealerships on Broadway. I guess it's too many stories or rumors I've heard from other people.
So we went ahead and made a deal to buy the car. And even after we had purchased the car, I noticed one of our rear tires had a slight negative camber (was leaning in at the top), so I called Luis and they even paid for an alignment for the vehicle (after I had already purchased it!).
The vehicle we purchased was exactly what was posted. Luis was a top-notch salesperson to work with. Very friendly, explained everything in detail, and helped us get all the paperwork done VERY quickly. Would DEFINITELY buy from them again!! The car, overall, was in very good condition, and we enjoyed test driving it, but we had a few minor concerns (nothing major, and no mechanical concerns). Just small stuff like the dash lights were out and the back windshield wiper didn't work. But we liked the car, so we put down a $100 deposit and Luis had his shop fix the issues by the next day. The tires also weren't in great condition, so Luis said they would throw in a brand new set of tires for only $200 more than asking price. The Expedition was already priced well below dealer retail value and tires for this car would easily cost $600, so this was a no-brainer.
We saw an ad on Craigslist for a 2004 Ford Expedition that looked in great shape and we called the number and it ended up being Luis at Prestige Auto . When I found out it was a small dealership, I was skeptical, but he said the car was in great condition and we needed a bigger vehicle for our family, so we went and took a look.
Nice cars, but no one came out, did open. Went by twice middle of afternoon. Cars all unlocked. Still no one there.
I was looking all over for this particular vehicle and I found it here at a great price. They made sure everything was tip-top and up to my satisfaction before delivery of vehicle. Very pleased with the vehicle and the sales staff. No pressure salesmen. Will recommend.
