My husband and I (and 2 kids) went to turn in our lease and explore the possibility of getting a new one. The salesman tried to get the payments down to a price we were comfortable with, but just couldn't - even had his manager come out a few times and try to talk to us about a few different options. When we finally decided to just turn it in and walk away, the salesman walked over to me and my family and accused my husband of lying to HIM! He told us that he was "pissed off" and asked us to leave his cubicle immediately. So while my husband dealt with someone else to turn in our car, I cleaned up the books and things I had brought to help entertain my children and we moved to a different area. His actions were HOSTILE and completely inappropriate. All we did was tell him "no" and he acted like a child.
Frank at the service desk was great! He informed me of the status with my car and was courteous and pilot. I hope he is still there the next time I come in.
This is the second new Kia I've bought at Midwest Kia. I love the customer service and personal attention to getting everything right. Very great experience both times! I LOVE driving my Kia Sorento!
Best place to buy a car. Friendly people. Helped us get into car even when we had bad credit. Even service people was friendly. I would recommended anyone who wants to get a nice car to go there.
