Bought an Avalanche from what I thought was an individual, but turned out he was a salesman from Lucky 7. It has been 63 days now and I still don't have my title. I have been calling them for 3 weeks to get the title. But I still don't have it. I can't drive the vehicle due to expired 60day tag. They have made excuse after excuse why they don't have the title. I would strongly suggest buying somewhere else.
Definitely one of the lowest places to find a car but not a vary big selection of sports cars did find a great deal on a compact instead would definitely buy from them again
I was on Craigslist looking for a car and came across a Ford Focus. The Craigslist ad said it was an automatic transmission! I called the number given and got a man who was rude and rushed me off the phone. However the car was at a great value and nothing was wrong with it so I still wanted it. I asked the location and was given the address. Right away I asked if this was a business or independent sell, the man ignored my question and said he would not be around the car soon and if I wanted the car to come to the address. I went because I really liked the car and it was within my price range since the man AGREED to my price range, I went to the address and it was a DEALERSHIP. I get out of the car and his first question was if I could drive a STICK! I couldn't and only came because it showed on the ad that it was AUTOMATIC. He showed me another car and promised to make it within my price range. I test drove it because he was willing to make it under my price range. The cars breaks made noises and did not work properly. The man apparently thought I knew NOTHING about cars and kept telling me that the breaks were fine and that the problem with the breaks were "not a big deal". The car also made a loud rattling noises and when I asked about the noise, the guy said he didn't hear it. He asked another coworker if he heard it when he drove it Oklahoma and the man said no. He was willing to knock off another $200 for the rattling noise that he supposably didn't hear. I refused and he kept taking money off. He wouldn't let me leave and kept saying he'd take more money off since "I was a nice lady". They mislead me to their Dealership, wasted my time, and kept lying to my face. Do NOT, I repeat DO NOT buy from them! They only sell bad cars and will repeatedly tell you the car is fine when it clearly is not.
Horrible experience with this guys,I brought a pick up and already pass two months and still have no title,I call the severe times and excuse after excuse...and not title, now I can't drive that pick up any more.
I have no title and they got shut down for scamming people I just want my title or my money back I do like the truck I bought it's just sad it was to good to be true
