Clean and friendly atmosphere. Always have just what I'm looking for always good for a quick stop.
My wife and I recently went to the store at 31st and Seneca in Wichita KS. We spent over an hour in the store shopping, and had a full basket of over $250 worth of groceries. The three employees at check stands all had long lines, so we waited behind a customer in the self check out line that was sperate from 5 or 6 other self checkouts. I noticed there was an employee helping the elderly lady in front of us. My wife began scanning items and we immediately noticed we were being intensely watched by this employee. He then told another employee that he was going to help a customer so she needed to "watch this one". My wife continued scanning and this female employee stood directly behind us again intensely watching. The 1st employee came back and again watched us. When questioned he said he had to watch is but couldn't say why. We walked out leaving our groceries behind humiliated. We were treated like criminals. Why pay someone to watch a single register? We don't plan on returning.
I shop here every week. I love that there is a Walmart so close to my home but unlike the super centers they do not have a lot of brands or items that you might be shopping in Walmart for. Overall it is easy to get in and out of and convenient update; they have some incredibly rude employees that watch you like a hawk.
Love this place, close to my home, kind and very helpful employees. On a side note, we ordered a cell phone online and had it delivered there. So easy and convenient.
It's a nice place to shop if you just need a few things. But they have a lot of the things the big Wal-Mart's carry.
