I'd say it really depends on who is helping you. Some employees are very knowledgeable and some have no clue. I watched a woman try to catch a danio fish and she killed it and then tried to say it was shocked. She squeezed it between the net frame and glass. Other employees are much better and experienced.
My dog's favorite place. Decent customer service. Plus my wife loves the freebies they give away.
