Because the Lady that owns this place is the only person I have bought tobacco pipes and smoking devices from since I was 17 or 18 and their shop was at the flea market. So pretty much for the past 20 years I have always been a completely satisfied customer and wouldn't go to any other shop in Kansas even if they were giving it away free. Thanks for staying in business all these years. Your loyal customer until the end of time.
First thing I will say is, "PHENOMENAL". If you do not know already, yes the will ask for your ID when you first walk in but that is only because they need to be sure they are selling their products to legal adults, but after checking your ID they are more than happy to help you with any questions you may have. I rate this establishment five stars being as they treated me with great respect and with a smile on their faces. Keep up the good work folks and have a Pleasant day.
Lady at the counter was very rude and unprofessional. Walked in with my 18 year old daughter and she demanded ID in a real snobby kind of way. Don't have a problem showing ID but don't be disrespectful and definitely don't be snobby. After verifying her age we walked right on out! Sorry lady I don't do business with ppl that act like I owe them my business. Either way you got to kiss our ass except you'll not be making any money from us.
This place has its own history and the people behind the counter have been with the store for decades. Very friendly, very helpful.
