Can't say enough about customer service. I have one of the first residential Precor Ellipticals purchased from Mid-States many years ago that finally required replacement parts. I relocated to WA and could not get the local servicing rep to help or show any interest in helping me salvage an expensive piece of older equipment. I took a chance to see if Mid-States would be willing to help a long distance customer.
