This store definitely gets 5 stars. Nick and Cathy are awesome!! Not only are they very knowledgeable about all kinds of birds (even bats and owls) and how to attract them, they also carry top quality products and stand behind them. I had a problem with a bird bath and they were quick to replace it for me, no questions asked. Very thoughtful, giving people who also helped me out of a jam when I locked my keys in my car in front of their store. I can't say enough.
Loved visiting Nick at the Backyard Nature Center! We picked up some feeders, a ladybug house, a bat house, and some other nick nacks. Even more excited about how much information he was happy to tell us about each product and every creature we asked about!
