My husband & I love this place! They have the best chimichangas in town! I just wish they weren't so far away. If you're on the east side, definitely check them out.
My friend Chris(the lion) has forever been telling me how great this place is, so I (the bear) finally caved in and tried the El Gordo burrito today. It was by far the best burrito I have ever consumed. Thanks to the lion and especially thanks to El Gordo for great food and service. I will be back every day next week. Thanks Steve
I'm shocked at the great reviews for this place. The food we got was down right disappointing. We both ordered cheese enchiladas with rice and beans, guacamole and queso. We could have got white cheese dip from the dollar store... basically the same thing. All of the food was flavorless. If you're just looking to fill your belly quickly, sure. But if you want good Mexican food, this is not the place.
Love this place. Good prices, generous portions. Vegan and vegetarian options. Freshly made with good quality ingredients.
Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Much better than the chain fare by far. Only downfall, would be nice to have music playing to give the place more atmosphere.
