Very unprofessional, discriminatory business practices. Took all information and approved my application, 3 weeks from moving I received a rude phone call from the owner, denying me based on his "gut feeling", then hung up on me. I have been a homeowner for 10 years & hold a professional career. Never been late on a house payment, car or anything else. Only renting while I am between the sale and new home purchase. Now I am 3 weeks from needing to move & have no place to rent. I'm sure he wouldn't appreciate if the banks that give these homes to him judged & denied him based on his attitude towards people like me.
