Even though the staff I originally felt with was great the company as a whole is terrible and I wouldn't recommend them. Due to financial problems I fell behind on my unit. With the late fees the amount to be paid jumped to double what it was originally suppose to be. They said they tried to contact me about the unit but never did even though I changed my address and phone number back when I started having money problems. Now my unit is up for action and its only been two months and that also added an additional 75 dollar fee. The belongings in the unit are not even worth what in have to pay to get them out. I never received notification about My unit going up for auction but they insist that they have tried calling me.....on my old number which I updated. I would recommend anyone who uses this place read the contract carefully because it seems its set up to have you fail in order for them to sell off your belongings or make sure you pay on time every time regardless of your financial situation because If you can't it will be worse when you have money available and still will not be able to afford it.
The staff here at storagemart have been exceptionally helpful and courtiois. Wendy has helped me out of a pinch more than once. Thanks Wendy, and all the other staff members at storagemart on Mac Aurthor Rd.
well, the staff was really helpful in everything. My main complaint is that when they changed ownership I was unable to get ahold of anyone to pay my bill.. so I lost everything I had in storage there (my financial situation had changed a bit and I couldn't come up with the 300$ bill all at once) so. my only advice would be make sure you can get there in person to pay your bill! (although I'm sure that's all squared away now).. so for service personal 4 stars! for reliability a 1 (i'd give a 0 but that's not an option)

Before finding StorageMart I called 4 or 5 other companies and I was shocked by how much better the pricing was here and how much more helpful and friendly the manager Wendy was. I saved around 30% - 40% on my monthly rate plus got the first month for $20. On top of that the manager threw in a brand new cylinder lock and key plus gave me the unit 2 weeks early!
