I only gave them 3 stars because like any other pizza delivery place these days they charge for delivery now. I dont tip anymore because of this, the employees use there own vehicle which burns theyre gas and wear and tear on theyre vehicle. But they could save theyre gas receipts and get a tax break along with maintenance reciepts like oil and tires etc. Anywho, the pizza is good I just dont like how buisiness's these days find any way they can to suck an extra nickle out of every dick joe and harry and has caused much less tipping for the drivers of all these places. I wonder when they are going to add convenience fees for delivery, alot of business's and government facilities do this now, pffft.
When I heard the doorbell shortly after ordering I had assumed that it was one of the neighbor kids. To my surprise it was the delivery driver with with my hot fresh and delicious dinner! The driver was very friendly and had a great sense of humor. You greatly surpassed all expectations, thank you!
We were Domino's virgins, and had no idea what we were doing and needed help figuring out the cheapest way to feed 4 kids and 2 grown ups. Jerry rocked! For one, he was ridiculously patient with me, even though I changed my mind to try to make it even cheaper, and even though our order was rather complicated since we were trying to please 6 people. Secondly, he was super respectful, even though my husband and I looked half drown (we had come to Wichita to use the outdoor water park at the YMCA, I actually still had a towel around my waist and my naturally curly, waist-length hair had become the frizzy love child of Brave, Donald Trump and a Troll doll, but good 'ol Jer didn't bat an eyelash.)
This specific store always pulls some unprofessional, incompetent, or negligent action. Terrible delivery times, throwing sauce cups on your food smashing it, or today's experience: Having everything in your order be destroyed. I order the same thing every time too. Pizza and cheese bread, it was offered my order be remade. ONLY received bread. ONLY my bread. Complained again said I'd get a call from the employee involved. 30 minutes into that and still no call. Not even worth the 13 dollars I was ripped off.
Had never had Dominoes before. Tried once with the location on Seneca, they were jerks, didn't order from them. Gave this location a try. Staff was very nice, and the pizza was, well pizza. Not my favorite, but was ok. The thing that shocked me was, they charge for cheese and peppers. I wouldn't have wanted but a few packs each.
The man knows his stuff! I swear that if there were some sort of ordering contest, Jerry could spout off the specials, BY NUMBER, mind you! and give you all of the menu details, all while throwing pizza dough, or something, probably. He's certainly not "just a pizza guy," he's a perfector of his craft, an artist or artisan or something professional-sounding. And our pizza was DELICIOUS! Who'd have guessed that Philly Cheese Steak could be an irresistible pizza, too!? We will definitely be back, thanks to Jerry and the mouthwatering pizza. Thanks!
