I am currently a client of Terry Beall. Mr. Beall and assistant Araseli are a great team. They have been very communicative in every steps and process in regards to my case. Mr. Beall is very knowledgeable of the law system and will help you through every step of the way.
This law firm is the worst. They were assigned to help me do a child support adjustment through Kansas legal aide and after paying them $500 they never sent me any paperwork. Until 5 months later I get a court date and a bill. Saying they need $180 to continue to finish the child support adjustment. I discontinued services and paid another law firm $360 and had it done in 2 month. The woman in his office was rude, had no knowledge of my case at all and could not answer what my $500 had been spent on. When I reviewed the items he claimed to charge me for were bogus. " Email time" I've never spoken to anyone over email. And 6 hours of court things. When we have never even been to court. It was a simple file to send over and that was all he needed to do. I have documented everything and have filed a complaint with the Kansas legal aide as well. Do not give any money to this law firm! Run!

Horrible, find another law firm to represent you. They will suck your bank account dry and ruin your life. Took almost two years to get a divorce, when I finally got back in my house everything was gone. Was left with nothing but debt. Lawyers are supposed to protect they're clients, not here. I could have done the same bad job they did, and at least had a few dollars left to my name.
